Bellefonte falls to Beech Creek in American Legion play

Beech Creek cruised to a 13-2 win over Bellefonte on Tuesday.

Kenny Heverly drove in three runs on a double in Beech Creek’s seven-run fifth inning.

Jeremy Warefield had a two-run single in the second inning for Bellefonte.

Bellefonte (5-8-1) takes on Mifflin County on the road in the first round of the Central Penn League playoffs Thursday.
