Penn State leads Nittany Lion Invitational after 2 rounds

Penn State owns a 14-stroke lead over second-place Richmond after the first two rounds of the Nittany Lion Invitational on Saturday.

The Nittany Lions are 14-over, Richmond is 28-over and third-place Columbia is 31-over.

Penn State’s Jackie Rogowicz sits atop the leaderboard at 2-under ahead of second-place Isabella Rusher of Richmond, who is even-par. Rogoqicz shot a career-best 4-under in the first round.

Lauren Waller is fifth (3-over), and Maddy Herr is sixth (4-over) to lead the Nittany Lions.

Penn State finishes the tournament Sunday.
