Hurricane Matthew wipes out Penn State field hockey game

No. 5 Penn State’s game at No. 17 Wake Forest on Saturday was canceled because of unplayable field conditions thanks to Hurricane Matthew.

The game will not be made up.

The Nittany Lions next play Oct. 16, hosting No. 7 Maryland.
