Penn State men’s gymnastics ranked No. 6 in preseason poll
Penn State is ranked sixth in the College Gymnastics Association Preseason Coaches’ Poll, which was released Tuesday.
The Nittany Lions will be led by All-American Leroy Clarke Jr. this season.
Oklahoma, which received 17 first-place votes, is ranked No. 1, followed by No. 2 Stanford, No. 3 Ohio State, No. 4 Minnesota and No. 5 Illinois.
Stanford and Ohio State each received one first-place vote.
Penn State opens the season at the West Point Open on Jan. 13.
