Penn State announces hiring of men’s rugby coach

James Willocks will take over as Penn State’s head coach on Feb. 1, the athletic department announced in a press release Friday.

Willocks was an assistant coach for the men’s rugby team at Dartmouth College for the past four years, and he is an assistant coach for USA Rugby’s Men’s Collegiate All-American Team.

Willocks, a New Zealand native, was an assistant strength and conditioning coach for the Dartmouth football team from 2014-16.
