Mackenzie Cornell earns Penn State’s first Diver of the Week award since 2011

Senior Mackenzie Cornell became the Big Ten Diver of the Week after sweeping events against Villanova with a 273.38 on the one-meter springboard and a 319.95 in the three-meter event.

She recorded NCAA Zone qualifying scores in both events. Cornell is Penn State’s first Diver of the Week since Ilana Zeises on Jan. 4, 2011.
