Penn State blanks Lindenwood in women’s hockey

Penn State goalie Hannah Ehresmann finished with 41 saves in a 2-0 win over Lindenwood on Saturday.

Amy Petersen and Aly Hardy scored back-to-back goals during a 24-second span in the first period for the Nittany Lions. Amanda McLeod assisted on Hardy’s goal.

Penn State (8-17-5, 7-7-2 CHA) returns to action at Robert Morris at 7 p.m. Friday.
