Penn State women’s hockey falls in regular season finale
Penn State lost its third straight game to close out the regular season, falling 2-0 to Syracuse on Saturday.
Savannah Rennie and Emily Costales each scored for Syracuse.
The Orange outshot the Nittany Lions 23-14.
Penn State goalie Hannah Ehresmann finished with 21 saves. The Nittany Lions (9-20-5, 8-10-2 CHA) return to action in the CHA tournament Thursday, facing No. 5 seed RIT in a first-round matchup in Buffalo, N.Y.
