Emily Frederick shines at Florida Relays

Emily Frederick put on a show at the Florida Relays, winning both the shotput and discus on Saturday.

Frederick recorded distances of 13.5 meters in the discus and 5.14 meters in the shotput.

Her performance in the shotput qualified her for outdoor nationals.
