Nittany Lions tied for 27th
SUGAR GROVE, Ill. — Penn State finished the second day of the NCAA Championships at 4-over and tied for 27th.

The Nittany Lions moved up two spots from the opening day. They trail leader UNLV by 31 strokes. The Running Rebels hold a one shot lead over Oklahoma, which is at 13-under.
Cole Miller is the highest Penn State golfer on the leaderboard at one-over for the tournament. He is tied for 62nd place. Texas’ Scottie Scheffler went 4-under on the day and moved into a one-stroke lead.
Other Nittany Lion golfers include: Ryan Davis (3-over, 80th), Charles Huntzinger (6-over, 108th), JD Hughes (7-over, 116th) and Alec Bard (12-over, 147th).
