Nittany Lion softball team adds 4 recruits

Penn State has added four recruits for the 2017 campaign, the team announced Tuesday.

The next freshman has two catchers in Delaney Elling and Destiny Weber, one outfielder, Christa Wagner, and one pitcher, Madeline Smith.

“We are very excited about the 2016 class,” coach Amanda Lehotak said. “We are continuing to add speed, athleticism and power to our team as well as players who believe in our system and will help us get better as a team.”
