Dominating win in season opener for Penn State women’s tennis
The Nittany Lions took care of St. Bonaventure easily in their first match of the year, ousting the Bonnies 7-0 on Friday.
Penn State was nearly flawless in singles action, as Kim Surin (6-2, 6-2), Katia Blik (6-1, 6-3), Devan McCluskey (6-3, 6-0), Jacqueline Zuhse (6-2, 6-1), Samantha Tutelman (6-0, 6-1) and Dasha Sapogova (6-0, 6-0) all won.
In doubles, the Nittany Lions won all three of their matches.
Penn State plays William and Mary on Sunday at home.
