Trio of Penn State cross country runners earn all-academic honors
Penn State’s Tessa Barrett, Elizabeth Chikotas and Robby Creese each picked up All-Academic honors from the United States Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association on Friday.
The Nittany Lion men’s and women’s teams both received NCAA D-I Cross Country Team Academic Awards.
Teams need a cumulative grade point average of 3.0, and individuals need a cumulative 3.25 GPA and a top-25 finish at the NCAA regionals or top-40 at the NCAA championships.
