Baseball falls to Bryant

The Nittany Lions dropped their final game at the USA Baseball Complex Tournament, losing to Bryant 3-1 on Sunday.

Penn State starter Nick Hedge was credited with the loss, allowing two runs on five hits in four innings on the bump.

Junior shortstop Jim Haley had Penn State’s lone RBI and was 3-for-5 at the plate.

The Nittany Lions (2-2) travels to South Carolina for a three-game series, beginning at 4 p.m. Friday.
