Penn State women’s lacrosse star Madison Carter tallied an impressive 10 goals last week, earning her four honors on Tuesday.
Carter was named Inside Lacrosse’s StringKing National Player and Rookie of the Week, along with being tabbed as the Big Ten’s Co-Offensive Player and Freshman of the Week.
Carter notched six goals in an 18-17 overtime win over James Madison on Wednesday and contributed four in a 15-11 victory at Vanderbilt on Saturday.
Six goals is a career-best for Carter, and is the most scored in a single game by a Big Ten player.
