Waller finishes 11th in Briar’s Creek Invitational
Penn State’s Lauren Waller shot 1-under to tie for 11th at the Briar’s Creek Invitational on Tuesday.
Waller recorded an even-par 72 on Tuesday for the Nittany Lions, who took 13th in the 18-team field with a 26-over. Florida won the tournament with a team score of 6-under.
Jackie Rogowicz (tied 27th, 3-over), Cara Basso (tied 32nd, 5-over), Ariana Coyle Diez (tied 85th, 19-over) and Halley Morell (89th, 29-over) rounded out Penn State’s golfers at the event.
The Nittany Lions will compete at the Bryan Park Invitational in Greensboro, N.C., from April 1-3.
