Rohn, Doty finish 1-2 twice at ability track meet

Penn State’s Max Rohn and Erik Doty finished first and second, respectively, in a pair of events Saturday at the IMG Academy Throws Challenge.

Rohn won the javelin with a top throw of 145 feet, 5 1/4 inches (44.33 meters), while Doty was second at 132-3 (40.31). In the discus, Rohn won at 155-3 3/4 (47/34), followed by Doty at 130-7 1/2 (39.81).
