Tsang earns NCAA women’s gymnastics spot for Penn State
Briannah Tsang earned a spot in the NCAA Championships in the floor exercise and Penn State finished fifth as a team at the NCAA Regionals on Saturday at Michigan’s Crisler Center.
Tsang posted a 9.900 in the floor exercise, finishing in an eight-woman tie for first place. She finished tied for third in the all-around with a 39.375 total, but missed out on an NCAA all-around berth after losing out in a tie-breaker.
Penn State posted a 195.125 team total. Auburn and Stanford shared the top team spot with 196.525.
