Penn State’s Schreiner earns conference honor

Penn State goalie Will Schreiner was named the Big Ten Specialist of the Week for the third time this season Tuesday.

Schreiner made a career-high 15 saves to lead the Nittany Lions to a 6-5 win over Ohio State in their conference opener Sunday.

No. 14 Penn State (7-3, 1-0) hosts No. 5 Maryland at 7 p.m. Sunday.
