Penn State women’s lacrosse beats Michigan

No. 10 Penn State ran away with a 13-8 win over Michigan on Sunday.

The Nittany Lions went on a 7-0 run to take an 8-2 lead in the first half. Penn State led 10-4 at halftime and never allowed Michigan to pull closer than three goals in the second half.

Madison Carter scored four goals and Katie O’Donnell had three to lead the Nittany Lions.

Penn State (10-4, 2-1) hosts Northwestern at noon Saturday.
