Ability Athletes compete at Bison Outdoor Classic

A trio of Penn State Ability Athletes performed well at Saturday’s Bison Outdoor Classic at Bucknell.

Brett Gravatt set a career-best in the 800-meter, posting a time of 2:13.44. His previous top time was 2:16.88.

Gravatt also posted a 4:09.62 in the 1,500-meter.

Erik Doty defeated fellow Penn State Ability Athlete, Max Rohn, in the javelin. Doty recorded a distance of 42.14 meters, while Rohn tossed it 41.38 meters.

However, Rohn did win the discus, throwing 49.34 meters.

Penn State Ability Athletics’ next event is next weekend’s Mid Atlantic Games.
