Penn State women’s lacrosse team closes at No. 4

Penn State ends the season ranked fourth in the final IWLCA poll released Tuesday.

The Nittany Lions (14-7) lost to eventual national champion North Carolina in Friday’s national semifinals. The Tar Heels were followed by Maryland and Syracuse in the poll.

Penn State closed the regular season ranked 11th.
