Penn State’s Brame wins 2 events at Can-Am para swim meet
Penn State’s Sean Brame won two events, earning his first international medals, at the Speedo Can-Am Para Swimming Championships at the Centre Sportif de Gatineau.
Brame won the 400-meter freestyle in Class S6 in 6 minutes, 40.49 seconds, and he added a win in the 200 free in 3:17.69.
Recent Penn State graduate Nick Adcock, competing in his first international meet, was third in the S10 class of the 400 free in 4:58.62.
The meet continues through Sunday.
