PSU student Matt Baranoski competes at Olympics

Penn State student Matt Baranoski’s run at the Olympics ended after two races Tuesday.

Baranoski, a track cyclist for the United States, finished fifth in his heat in the first round of the keirin.

He then needed to win his heat in the repechage to advance to the second round, but he took third.
