Penn State ranked 13th in preseason women’s cross country poll

Penn State is ranked No. 13 in the United States Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) preseason poll, which was released Tuesday.

Defending national champion New Mexico is ranked No. 1, followed by Colorado, Providence, Oregon and North Carolina State.

Penn State opens the season at the Dolan Duals in Lock Haven on Friday.
