Rain postpones PSU’s opener in Cuba

Penn State’s game against Industriales in Latin American Stadium was postponed Sunday due to rain. The teams will play at 1 p.m. Monday.

It will be the opener of the Nittany Lions’ slate in Cuba.

Juan Barroso, the director of research at the Cuban Baseball Federation, spoke to the Penn State players about the history and current structure of baseball in Cuba on Sunday.
