Catcher Caleb Jones recorded the other, rounding the bases in the sixth inning after walking four times.

The Nittany Lions’ Sal Biasi picked up the loss, giving up six runs on six hits and three walks in 2 1/3 innings.

The Gamecocks clinched the series with the win.

The teams finish the three-game series Sunday at 1:30 p.m.
