Penn State basketball: Frazier signs with Boston Celtics

Former Penn State guard Tim Frazier has signed a contract with the Boston Celtics for training camp.

Frazier announced his signing Thursday on Twitter. Frazier went undrafted and played with the Philadelphia 76ers in the NBA Summer League in Las Vegas.

Frazier averaged 3.4 points, four rebounds and two assists in five games for Philadelphia.

Frazier finished his Penn State career as the program’s all-time assists leader.
