Penn State WR DaeSean Hamilton added to Senior Bowl roster

Another Nittany Lion is joining Marcus Allen, Mike Gesicki and Christian Campbell at the Reese’s Senior Bowl.

Wide receiver DaeSean Hamilton received an invitation to play for the North team this weekend in Mobile, Ala., after drawing praise in the buildup to the East-West Shrine Game.

Hamilton, who had two catches for 42 yards in last Saturday’s showcase game, impressed scouts throughout the week of practice. Penn State’s all-time leading receiver will have another chance to wow NFL personnel and play alongside some old teammates.

Hamilton, Allen, Gesicki and Campbell take the field at 2:30 p.m. Saturday at Ladd-Peebles Stadium. The Senior Bowl will be televised on NFL Network.
