How far did Penn State football drop in the AP Top 25 poll after losing to Ohio State?
The Nittany Lions have dropped two spots in the AP Top 25 poll.
Penn State fell to No. 22 Sunday afternoon’s poll after being ranked No. 20 in last week’s poll, following their 33-24 loss to No. 5 Ohio State on the road. The Nittany Lions have fallen to 5-3, following three consecutive losses to No. 19 Iowa, Illinois and No. 6 Ohio State.
Penn State had 182 voting points this week, six more than No. 23 SMU and 55 less than No. 21 Coastal Carolina. The Nittany Lions will travel to College Park on Saturday to take on Maryland.
Penn State is one of five teams from the Big Ten in the AP Top 25 poll. They are No. 5 Michigan State, No. 6 Ohio State, No. 9 Michigan and No. 19 Iowa.
