We asked Penn State football players to mimic the Nittany Lion roar. See how they did

The Nittany Lion roar echoes through Beaver Stadium on game days. It’s a distinct sound that pumps up the crowd and celebrates big plays.

During Penn State football media day, we asked players to do their best impression of the roar. Most passed the job onto someone else in their position group as laughter ensued.

In the video above, hear from offensive lineman Jim Fitzgerald, tight ends Khalil Dinkins, Finn Furmanek, Joey Schlaffer and Andrew Rappleyea, defensive tackle Alonzo Ford Jr., defensive end Enai White, long snapper Andrew Dufault and running back Quinton Martin Jr.
