Where is Penn State in the AP top 25 after blowout win over FIU? See the full rankings

Penn State remains steady at No. 2 in the Associated Press Top-25 poll after Saturday’s blowout win over FIU, which got off to a slow start in Beaver Stadium.

There was no movement in the top three of the Week 3 poll, which was released Sunday afternoon. Ohio State is still in the top spot, with LSU at No. 3. But Oregon entered the top five after dominating Oklahoma State, moving up two spots to No. 4.

Other ranked Big Ten teams include Illinois (No. 9), Indiana (No. 22) and Michigan, which fell eight spots to No. 23 after a loss to Oklahoma. Nebraska also received voting points.

Penn State had 1,524 voting points, including five votes for the No. 1 spot. It had 37 more points than No. 3 LSU and 90 fewer than Ohio State.

The Nittany Lions look to stay undefeated this week when they take on Villanova at 3:30 p.m. Saturday in Beaver Stadium. The game is followed by a bye before the No. 4 Oregon Ducks travel to State College for this season’s White Out game.
