Penn State’s homecoming kick time, TV network set for matchup with Northwestern

Penn State’s homecoming matchup with Northwestern has a kick time.

The Nittany Lions will take on the Wildcats on Oct. 11 at 3:30 p.m. in a game that will air on FS1.

Northwestern is 2-2 this season (1-1 in Big Ten play) and will play Louisiana Monroe on Saturday, while Penn State will play UCLA in Pasadena Saturday afternoon.

The two teams will likely be coming off wins when they meet, but both have their only conference loss to the same opponent — Oregon. The Nittany Lions fell to the Ducks Saturday night in double overtime in the White Out, 30-24, while the Wildcats lost at home to them two weeks earlier, 34-14.

Penn State’s matchup with Northwestern could be a trap game with a matchup against Iowa on the road looming the following week.
