Penn State Football

Kickoff time, streaming platform announced for Penn State football at Iowa

Penn State’s next road matchup has a kick time — and it will be a night game.

The Nittany Lions will take on Iowa on Oct. 18 in Iowa City in a game that will kick at 7 p.m. ET. The matchup will air exclusively on Peacock.

This will be Penn State’s second night game of the season, with the first being the team’s 30-24 double overtime loss to Oregon in the White Out.

Penn State is looking to bounce back from two straight losses — one to the Ducks and one to UCLA on the road Saturday in one of the biggest upsets of the college football season — and will take on Northwestern Saturday afternoon. That game, which will be at home in Beaver Stadium, is set to kick off at 3:30 p.m.

The Hawkeyes are 3-2 this season and 1-1 in the Big Ten with their two losses coming to Indiana and Iowa State.

The Nittany Lions are 3-2 on the season, 0-2 in the Big Ten and have yet to beat a Power-4 opponent, with their last win over one coming in December when they defeated SMU in the first round of the College Football Playoff.
