Source: Penn State hiring Colorado State’s Kashif Moore as wide receivers coach

Penn State has a new wide receivers coach.

The Nittany Lions are hiring Colorado State’s Kashif Moore to coach the position, a source told the Centre Daily Times.

CBS Sports’ Matt Zenitz first reported the hire.

Moore was hired as Colorado State’s wide receivers coach and pass game specialist in December, following head coach Jim Mora from UConn to the Rams, who made the same transition. He was with the Huskies for three years from 2023-2025, and coach All-American wide receiver Skyler Bell for the last two seasons.

He replaces Noah Pauley, who initially followed head coach Matt Campbell from Iowa State to Penn State, but left to become the Green Bay Packers’ wide receivers coach.
