Penn State football receives commitment from Pennsylvania’s top recruit
Penn State received a commitment from one of the top offensive line recruits in the country Friday.
Exeter’s Michal Menet announced his commitment to the Nittany Lions in a press conference at his high school. Menet had nearly 30 scholarship offers and chose Penn State over Duke.
The 6-foot-5, 271-pound lineman is rated the No. 1 recruit in Pennsylvania in the Class of 2016 by ESPN and 247Sports. The four-star recruit is ranked as the No. 2 offensive guard in the country by ESPN and as the No. 6 offensive tackle in the country by 247Sports.
He is a two-time all-state selection.
