Penn State’s Paniccia earns College Hockey America honors

Penn State goalie Daniela Paniccia was selected as the College Hockey America Rookie of the Week on Monday.

Paniccia finished with 33 saves to help the Nittany Lions play to a scoreless tie against Connecticut last Friday.

Penn State (1-5-2) takes on RIT on Thursday in its CHA opener.
