Penn State’s Daniela Paniccia lands conference honor

Penn State’s Daniela Paniccia was named the College Hockey America Goalie of the Week on Monday.

The freshman totaled 42 saves with a 1.44 save percentage in a 3-2 win and 1-1 tie against Lindenwood last weekend. The honor is already the fourth CHA award of her young career, and the fourth straight week the Nittany Lions have had at least one CHA honor.

Penn State hosts St. Lawrence on Nov. 21-22 at Pegula Ice Arena.
