Nittany Lions men’s hockey team tops Wisconsin
The No. 14 Penn State men’s hockey team edged Wisconsin 2-1 on Friday night.
Andrew Sturtz and Tommy Olczyk each found the back of the net for the Nittany Lions.
Sturtz scored the game’s first goal before Wisconsin’s Luke Kunin evened the score in the first period. Olczyk then scored what proved to be the game-winner in the second period.
Nittany Lions goalie Eamon McAdam made 26 saves in the win.
Penn State (20-9-4, 10-6-1-1) takes on Wisconsin at 8 p.m. Saturday.
