Big Ten honors Penn State’s Connor Maloney

After recording seven points last week, Connor Maloney was tabbed as the Big Ten Offensive Player of the Week, the conference announced in a press release Tuesday.

Maloney scored two goals in a 2-2 tie against No. 22 Akron and had goal and an assist in a 3-2 win over Rutgers.

His assist came on the game-winning goal in overtime against the Scarlet Knights.
