It’s a busy sports weekend at Penn State. Here’s what to know about parking
Penn State will host a variety of sporting events this weekend, including the Big Ten Wrestling Championships.
With that in mind, the parking for these events has altered as passes have been purchased.
Here are the changes to parking for the weekend.
Pre-paid passes
Passes can be purchased for $5.50 in advance of Saturday and Sunday through ParkWhiz in the Eisenhower Deck, Orange H, Orange A (near the Katz Building) and Student Lot 83. Pre-paid passes for the commuter lots, which includes Porter North, Jordan East and Stadium West, are now sold out for the following events on Saturday: Big Ten Wrestling Championships, men’s tennis vs. Ohio State, men’s lacrosse vs. Cornell, women’s hockey vs. Mercyhurst and men’s tennis vs. Lehigh. It’s also sold out for women’s tennis vs. Michigan on Sunday and the Sunday sessions of the Big Ten Wrestling Championships.
However, parking in all of those lots can still be accessed with a Penn State faculty or student parking permit.
Day-of parking
Parking can be purchased on the day of these events for $10 in the East Deck. It can be paid for at a pay station or by scanning the QR code on the ticket received when entering the deck.
