Nico Megaludis earns first-team Academic All-American honors

Penn State wrestling’s 2016 national champion in the 125-pound weight class needs to make some room in his trophy case.

Nico Megaludis, an outgoing senior, earned first-team Academic All-American honors while his teammate (also a national champion in the 149-pound weight class), sophomore Zain Retherford, earned second-team honors.

Megaludis finished the academic year with a 3.51 GPA while Retherford posted a 3.72, both in Finance.
