Penns Valley tops Bellefonte in girls’ volleyball

Penns Valley swept past Bellefonte in Mountain League volleyball 25-18, 25-23, 25-21 Thursday night.

Abby Miller guided the Lady Ram offense with 19 assists, while Emma Butler collected eight kills and Maci Ilgen had five kills and three blocks. Morgan Kerstetter anchored the defense with a dozen digs.

Chloe Thompson’s eight kills and two aces, and Anna Rutecki’s five kills, four digs and two aces paced the Lady Red Raiders. Lauren Yeager gave out 21 assists.
