Peters has record-setting day for St. Joseph’s cross country

Behind a record-setting performance from Michael Peters, St. Joseph’s Catholic Academy won its opening dual meet of the season, beating West Branch 19-39 and Bishop Guilfoyle 15-50.

Peters broke the school and course record at Oak Hall Park with his time of 18 minutes, 34 seconds over 5 kilometers.

The Wolves also swept places 3-6 to easily seal the win with Isaac Hyman, Leo Bomboy, Max Wortman and Garrett Gall.
