Penns Valley girls’ cross country tops Philipsburg-Osceola

Penns Valley beat Philipsburg-Osceola 15-50 on Tuesday.

Rebecca Bierly, of Penns Valley, won the overall race, finishing the 5,000 meter race with a time of 21 minutes, 49 seconds. Bierly won by 2:38.

Sam Bainey led the way for the Lady Mounties, finishing fourth overall with a time of 26:15. Completing P-O’s team were Kristen Bennett (fifth), Lindsey Bordas (11th) and Adina Clasen (13th).
