Philipsburg-Osceola boys’ golf wins DuBois Area Tournament
Philipsburg-Osceola recorded a score of 315 to win the team title at the DuBois Area Tournament on Wednesday.
Payton Guelich shot a 76 to lead the Mounties, who finished first out of 18 teams.
Carter Fischer (77), Tyler Singer (78) and Jared Anderson (84) rounded out the scoring for Philipsburg-Osceola.
State College finished fourth.
Christian Friberg (79) led the Little Lions, followed by Ryan Battista (85), Alex Stewart (85) and Tyler Nordblom (93).
Jordan Emely shot a 93 to pace Bellefonte.
McDowell’s Skyler Carr took first individually with a score of 71.
