State College girls’ golf ties for 3rd at DuBois Area Tournament

State College finished tied for third with a score of 374 at the 14-team DuBois Area Tournament on Wednesday.

Philipsburg-Osceola finished sixth (425), and Bellefonte was 14th (570).

Alex Voight-Shelley paced the Lady Little Lions with a 77. Kristen Nodell (98), Maddie Czekaj (98) and Kaylee Richards (101) rounded out State College’s competitors.

Halle Herrington (93) led P-O, and Cassandra Vogel (108) led Bellefonte.
