P-O girls’ cross country falls

The Lady Mounties were beat by Bellwood-Antis 30-26 on Thursday.

Jenna Bartlett of Bellwood-Antis won the 5-kilometer race in a time of 24 minutes, 31 seconds. The top finisher for Philipsburg-Osceola was Sam Bainey, who finished second with a time of 25:36.

Kristen Bennett (third), Kyra James (fifth), Lindsey Bordas (ninth) and Adina Clasen (11th) were the rest of the Lady Mounties’ top finishers.
