Colwell leads Penns Valley boys’ cross country to win

Penns Valley defeated Hollidaysburg 16-40 on Wednesday.

Four Rams finished in the top-four spots, led by first-place finisher Chris Colwell (17:49). Mark Bierly (18:05), Sammy Gray (18:27) and Charlie Romig (18:43) rounded out Penns Valley’s top finishers.

Haden Stamm finished sixth with a time of 19:27 and Stephen Gover finishing 10th with his time of 20:26 for the Rams.

The Rams (7-0) host the Mountain League Championships on Wednesday.
