Bald Eagle Area girls’ basketball dropped by St. Marys
Bald Eagle Area fell to St. Marys 44-16 on Wednesday night.
The Lady Flying Dutchmen played strong throughout the game, securing a 19-8 point lead going into halftime and racked up another 21 points to the Lady Eagles’ eight to finish the game with a 24-point lead.
Despite the loss, Julia Cingle led her team with five points — including the team’s only conversion from beyond the arc.
Bald Eagle Area will host Philipsburg-Osceola on Friday.
